Moneymax. Mail this letter to those
clients you are not scheduled to see
in the near future. |

Call your best clients
to offer them this new service. (See
the Recommendations section for phone
tips.) |

For each upcoming
scheduled appointment you have, send
a Moneymax questionnaire in advance,
and ask clients to return it at a specified
date several days in advance of the
appointment. Ask them to mail or fax
it back to you so you can have a report
prepared in advance. MAKE THIS PART
OF YOUR ROUTINE. |
