Obtaining more clients and generating referrals at Seminars with Moneymax®

Opportunity:

Financial Psychology offers a unique and dynamic seminar called "Your Money Personality".

Moneymax provides an opportunity for prospects to receive "tangible and personalized" benefits from an introductory meeting with an advisor. This benefit can be readily displayed in a seminar setting. The seminar venue provides advisors the opportunity to introduce the importance of one's financial personality, pass out Moneymax Questionnaires, hold up a sample report and received completed questionnaires. Each questionnaire serves as a request for consultation.

Planning Process:

Familiarize yourself with the "Your Money Personality" seminar script and materials.

Materials to bring to the seminar:

Questionnaires for all attendees (always bring extras for those who might not be in attendance)
Seminar handouts for all attendees
Your Money Personality Seminar Presentation

What to do at the seminar:
As prospects arrive
Place Moneymax materials at the tables. Advisors can point out the materials, or even start conversations about Moneymax while mingling.
If early, suggest to the prospects that they fill out the questionnaire prior to the seminar starting.
During the seminar
Incorporate the concept of a prospects financial personality...just be prepared to follow the "Your Money Personality" script.
During the close, the speaker can pause for 5 minutes to give everyone a change to fill out their Moneymax Questionnaire.
Ask prospects to turn in their questionnaires with their feedback or evaluation forms if interested in meeting with you to review their Moneymax Financial Personality Profile, and learn how they can profit from it. Also ask them to pick up a extra questionnaire for a significant other who is not there.
After the seminar
Be available to answer questions about Moneymax
Have sample reports on the back table if prospects would like to see what a report looks like.

After the Seminar:
Within two days, and prior to processing the Moneymax Questionnaires, contact the leads to schedule appointments to review their Moneymax financial personality reports.
If a prospect is unwilling to schedule an appointment, don't waste your time processing the questionnaire.
